The field guide

Team-building activities in Singapore, for teams that do not fit in a room.

Most team-building ideas quietly assume a group of eight. When you are planning for 40, 400 or a thousand, the options narrow fast. Our own answer is a facilitated offsite escape game, run at a Singapore venue for 10 to 1,000-plus. We have been running them since 2013; below is how the real choices compare, and how to pick one.

A retail escape room is great for six friends. It cannot absorb a department, let alone a company. A facilitated offsite game runs the same experience in parallel across hundreds of people, which is the whole point when the brief says "everyone".

Team building FAQ

What is an offsite escape game?

An offsite escape game is a live, facilitated, immersive experience where teams solve puzzles to escape within a set time, held at a venue of your choice rather than a fixed escape room. Our hosts are physically present, often in costume, and the format scales from 10 to more than 1,000 people.

How many people can take part?

We run games for groups of roughly 10 to 1,000+ people. Our minimum is 10 pax, and we scale all the way to 1,000+. Different games have different maximum capacities, from 50 up to 1,000, so we will match the game to your headcount.

How much does an offsite escape game cost?

The total is a game fee plus venue admission and venue fees. The game fee is a fixed fee plus SGD 20 per person: self-guided games start at SGD 300 fixed, and fully facilitated immersive games at SGD 1,100 fixed. For larger self-guided groups the effective rate works out from about SGD 23 per person. Admission and venue fees depend on the venue you choose. We are non-GST registered, and large-group discounts are available. Use our instant estimate tool for a quick figure, then we will confirm the details.

Where are the games held?

At venues across Singapore, including River Wonders, Sentosa's Fort Siloso, Haw Par Villa, the Asian Civilisations Museum, Chinatown, Battlebox at Fort Canning and more. Several games can also run at any indoor venue, including your own office or a space we help you find.

How do we book an event?

It is a five-step process. Choose your game, add any extras such as catering or transport, receive a tailored proposal from our events team, confirm the event, then enjoy your game day. Start by requesting a proposal and we will take it from there.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer (PayNow UEN and a credit-card payment link), government portals including Vendors@Gov and GeBIZ, and company-specific vendor-management portals. We are non-GST registered.

Can we add catering, transport or prizes?

Yes. We can build in catering, transport, prizes, additional activities and more. Let us know what you have in mind and we will include it in your proposal.
