We have gone fully offsite. For a physical escape room, visit Lockdown Escape at Marina Square.

The method

How the case unfolds.

A facilitated offsite should be effortless for the person planning it. Here is exactly what happens on our side and yours, from the first enquiry to the final reveal.

Before

We do the planning

You give us a headcount, a date and a rough idea. We match a game and venue, handle the logistics, and send one proposal with everything costed. No chasing five vendors.

  • Game and venue matched to your group
  • Catering, transport and prizes arranged
  • One proposal, one point of contact
On the day

Our hosts run everything

Costumed facilitators arrive, set up and run the session across the venue. Your team is split into small groups all playing at once, so nobody watches from the sidelines.

  • Facilitators present across the venue
  • Everyone plays in parallel, not on a stage
  • You get to enjoy it alongside your team
After

The bit that sticks

A shared win under a clock is what people talk about on Monday. We wrap with a reveal, sort out photos, and follow up on anything you need for your own records.

  • A proper finish and reveal
  • Event photos where arranged
  • Follow-up for your reporting

What makes us different

The best of both worlds: physical and digital.

Two things set our games apart from the usual team-building fare.

Physical

Real props, in your hands

Our games usually come with a physical starter kit your team can hold, arrange and write on. More immersive and interactive than a usual WhatsApp chatbot game.

Powered by MazeFox, our own platform

Our own software runs in any phone browser, with no app to download. We are also designing games that can run fully solo on MazeFox with no physical kit, for clients who want an even lower cost in future.

Good questions

Before you ask

What is an offsite escape game?

An offsite escape game is a live, facilitated, immersive experience where teams solve puzzles to escape within a set time, held at a venue of your choice rather than a fixed escape room. Our hosts are physically present, often in costume, and the format scales from 10 to more than 1,000 people.

How many people can take part?

We run games for groups of roughly 10 to 1,000+ people. Our minimum is 10 pax, and we scale all the way to 1,000+. Different games have different maximum capacities, from 50 up to 1,000, so we will match the game to your headcount.

How much does an offsite escape game cost?

The total is a game fee plus venue admission and venue fees. The game fee is a fixed fee plus SGD 20 per person: self-guided games start at SGD 300 fixed, and fully facilitated immersive games at SGD 1,100 fixed. For larger self-guided groups the effective rate works out from about SGD 23 per person. Admission and venue fees depend on the venue you choose. We are non-GST registered, and large-group discounts are available. Use our instant estimate tool for a quick figure, then we will confirm the details.

Where are the games held?

At venues across Singapore, including River Wonders, Sentosa's Fort Siloso, Haw Par Villa, the Asian Civilisations Museum, Chinatown, Battlebox at Fort Canning and more. Several games can also run at any indoor venue, including your own office or a space we help you find.

How do we book an event?

It is a five-step process. Choose your game, add any extras such as catering or transport, receive a tailored proposal from our events team, confirm the event, then enjoy your game day. Start by requesting a proposal and we will take it from there.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer (PayNow UEN and a credit-card payment link), government portals including Vendors@Gov and GeBIZ, and company-specific vendor-management portals. We are non-GST registered.

Can we add catering, transport or prizes?

Yes. We can build in catering, transport, prizes, additional activities and more. Let us know what you have in mind and we will include it in your proposal.
