Escape game team building in Singapore
Escape game team building, sized for your whole team.
A walk-in escape room seats eight and then you queue. Ours is an escape game that comes to you: run live by costumed facilitators, at a venue of your choice, the same case played in parallel by every team from 10 pax to 1,000+. All the puzzle-under-pressure of an escape room, none of the cramped little set.

What it is
An escape game that scales past one small room.
The reason escape rooms work for teams is simple: a shared problem, a running clock, and no one able to sit it out. The problem is capacity. A fixed room holds one small group, so a department has to split across sessions and half the day is spent waiting. We keep the puzzle and the pressure, and drop the fixed set. The escape game runs offsite, at your office or a Singapore venue, with as many parallel teams as your headcount needs.
The difference
Walk-in escape room vs offsite escape game.
Why it works
What a shared case does to a team.
-
Bonding and camaraderie
Nothing builds a team like genuine, face-to-face problem solving under a shared deadline.
-
Critical thinking
Puzzles push people to think differently, and to think together, when the clock is running.
-
Leadership and communication
Someone steps up, information starts flowing, and the team learns how it actually works best.
-
Morale that lasts
People leave buzzing, and the shared win carries back into the office the next week.

★★★★★
We had a great experience with The Escape Artist. They offered a variety of well-planned packages for us to choose from and were very accommodating with advance bookings. Their briefing was clear and helpful, and everything went smoothly on the day of our event.
★★★★★
The puzzles were mostly logical and very interesting with a good mixture of keys, locks and mechanisms which we enjoyed. The space was also sufficient and clues largely clear enough to proceed. The staff was also very helpful and patient. We had a wonderful experience!
★★★★★
Had a great time with my friends... The team was very patient and walked us through the remaining puzzles that we did not manage to complete after our 1 hour was up. The room itself was great, a lot of details went into the decor and the clues were all in good condition.

Good questions
Escape game team building, answered.
Is escape room team building suitable for large groups?
Yes, if the game is built to scale. A fixed retail escape room usually seats six to eight, so a big group has to queue or split across sessions. Our offsite version runs the same case in parallel across many teams at one venue, from 10 pax up to more than 1,000 on a single day.
How is an offsite escape game different from a walk-in escape room?
A walk-in room is a fixed set you visit in a small group for about an hour. Our offsite escape game comes to a venue of your choice, is run live by costumed facilitators, and scales to your whole team. It is booked as a curated group event through a proposal, not seat by seat.
How many people can do an escape room team building event?
From 10 pax up to more than 1,000, depending on the game. Individual games have maximum capacities from 50 up to 1,000, so we match the game to your headcount and run enough parallel teams for everyone to play at once.
Where can we do escape room team building in Singapore?
At venues across Singapore, including River Wonders, Sentosa's Fort Siloso, Haw Par Villa, the Asian Civilisations Museum, Chinatown and Battlebox at Fort Canning. Several games can also run at any indoor venue, including your own office.
