Planning team building for a big group is a different job from booking a table for eight. Once you cross about 40 people, the questions change: How do we keep everyone engaged at once? Where can we even fit them? What does it cost per head? Here is how we think about it.
Start with the number
Your headcount decides almost everything else. A game that sparkles for 50 can fall apart at 500 without the right structure and enough facilitators. Ask for a real maximum capacity before you fall in love with a concept. Our games run from 50 up to 1,000 people, so we match the game to the group rather than the other way round.
Set an honest budget
For offsite escape games the total is a game fee plus venue admission and venue fees. The game fee is a fixed fee plus about SGD 20 per person, so larger groups work out cheaper per head, from around SGD 23 per person. We are non-GST registered, so there is no GST on top. Choose a venue that adds something
The best large-group events borrow energy from where they are held. A wartime bunker, a heritage street, a wildlife park or a coastal fort all do work that a function room cannot. If you would rather keep it simple, several of our games run at any indoor venue, including your own office.
Lock the run sheet early
For a smooth day you want arrival and registration, a clear briefing, the game itself, then prize-giving and food, all timed to the minute. This is the part we handle for you: facilitators, props, set-up and the schedule.
