Most offsite quotes arrive as a single number with no working shown, which makes them impossible to compare or trust. Here is how the cost of a facilitated offsite escape game actually breaks down, so you can budget with your eyes open.
The three line items
Every event we run is a game fee plus venue admission plus a venue fee. That is the whole bill.
- Game fee. A fixed fee plus SGD 20 per person. The fixed part depends on the format: the immersive option, with costumed facilitators running it on site, starts from SGD 1,100 fixed. The chatbot (self-guided) option, app-led with no facilitators, starts from SGD 300 fixed.
- Venue admission. Only applies where the game sits inside a paid attraction. Some venues are free for locals; at museums, foreigners may pay. It depends entirely on the game.
- Venue fee. Only applies where you need an exclusive space to gather and play. An exclusive space at a heritage venue runs about SGD 1,500 including admission.
A worked example
Take a group of 110 people. An immersive game is SGD 1,100 fixed plus 110 times SGD 20, which is SGD 3,300 for the game fee. Choose the chatbot option instead and the fixed fee drops to SGD 300, bringing the game fee to SGD 2,500. Admission and venue costs sit on top, and depend on where you play.
Three ways to control the total
- Use your own space. If you have a seminar room or ballroom, we can run a game there and you skip the venue fee entirely.
- Pick the format that fits. The chatbot option is lighter on budget when you do not need facilitators in the room.
- Go bigger for a better rate. Because part of the fee is fixed, the effective per-person cost falls as the group grows. Large groups also get a discount.
What is never in the price
We are non-GST registered, so there is no GST added. And there are no per-head surprises on the day: your proposal states the figure, and that is the figure.
